Mission
Our mission is to contribute to the elimination of food waste and to make the agri-food industrial chain circular, by valorising by-products, instead of wasting them, in order to obtain new raw materials and offer healthy andsustainable food on the market. Thanks to our innovative model, by 2025 we will be able to recover 2,000 tonnes of by-products per year.
Vision
Our innovative plant aims to set an example for the agri-food sector, with the goal of pushing Italian and European agri-food companies to adopt circular production models, using natural resources more efficiently, decreasing the use of dedicated crops and dependence on non-European markets for the creation of new raw materials.
